We always aim to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase of one of handmade bridal headpieces or accessories

We can only accept returns in exceptional circumstances due to the 'made to order' process and the many hours of time it takes to make each piece.

If in the unlikely event you decide to return your item, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the return. Please ensure the item is sent back to me within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in saleable original condition with all labels intact.

Refunds cannot be accepted for bespoke  or customised designs.

Orders placed and confirmed by deposit can be cancelled via e-mail providing no work has commenced on the piece. Deposits are non-refundable.

We do our best to ensure every bride is happy and therefore exchanges can be offered at my discretion. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Rachel Chaprunne cannot accept responsibility for goods returned in damaged condition or lost and not correctly insured, please retain your proof of postage. Please package the item carefully and well protected.
