Shipping & Returns
Shipping (Including for International Customers):
Dispatch Times: Each piece is handmade with love, so my usual dispatch time is within 3 to 5 days but during busy periods, it can take up to 8 days, depending on the number of orders in my studio.
If you need a rush order, please get in touch and I'll do my very best to make sure your design arrives in time for your event.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates: Once your design is ready, it will be shipped via either Royal Mail standard or tracked services.
UK orders – Royal Mail standard or tracked delivery | ETA: 2–4 days
US and EU orders – Royal Mail Standard or Tracked Shipping | ETA: 5–10 days
Rest of the world – Royal Mail Standard or Tracked Shipping | ETA: 7–21 days.
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If you need a quicker delivery which has a better guarantee, upgrades are available for a small additional cost.
Courier Choice & Delivery Issues: All express or upgraded orders are sent via tracked shipping, and I select the most reliable courier to ensure safe delivery, this could include Royal mail tracked, Parcelforce etc. If you are aware of specific issues with your country's national postal service or you need a specific courier, feel free to contact me before ordering and i'll do my best to accommodate where possible.
I'm happy to help ensure the smoothest delivery possible. Customs Duty (EU Customers): Occasionally, EU customers may be charged a small customs fee, this is outside of my control and would be payable by the buyer.
Returns:
I gladly accept returns for fascinators or floral headbands but not my bridal headpieces as they are very specialised, take much more time to make and cannot be resold!
Please contact me if you want to return Items (fascinators), they just need to be posted back within 7 days of delivery (they don't need to arrive within that time). I understand international postage takes longer, and that is absolutely fine, just make sure it's in the mail within the return window.
The item must be returned in saleable original condition with all labels intact.
Returns cannot be accepted for bespoke or customised designs.
We do our best to ensure every bride is happy and therefore exchanges can be offered at my discretion. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Rachel Chaprunne cannot accept responsibility for goods returned in damaged condition or lost and not correctly insured, please retain your proof of postage. Please package the item carefully and well protected.
